The principal object of this Bill is to enable

the oaths of Members of both the Executive & the

Section 5a Part I of the Schedule as

amended, seem to mean that the persons in

question are to take the oath of office as

members of the Executive Council.

Presumably

what is intended is that they should take the

oath in respect of their other offices.
